Dawn was AMAZING to work with! Ours was a fairly involved retirement/relocation/new home build, and Dawn navigated us through the process. She was familiar with the pros and cons of all of the north Texas 55+ communities, and helped us make an informed decision. We had a couple of significant issues during the process, and Dawn served as our advocate to get them resolved.
While we don't plan on moving again, if we do, we will definitely reach out to Dawn!

I have never met a more diligent and dedicated individual, especially in real estate. She never stops trying to find what you'll looking for and does not waste time. She's helpful, pleasant, caring and concerned about her client. I wish I have had her when I sold my other house.

Dawn has been very attentive to me and always has a quick response to my questions. moving to Texas from out of state without help, and she has been a life line, Working with me when I’m in Texas on my time line. I highly recommend her.
