Debbie is an exceptional realtor to work with. She has an in depth understanding of the local market and is well versed at negotiating sales for buyers and sellers. Debbie is professional, incredibly responsive, and has a highly structured process that results in smooth transactions and happy clients. What really sets her apart is that she is a wonderful person, and it shows by the relationships she has with each customer. The level of care she gives each customer is the same whether it is a multi-million-dollar home buyer or a first-time homebuyer.

I was selling my home but the agent was not very fair and I was at my wits end, I needed a home and quick because houses were selling so fast. A friend suggested Debbie to me. She flew over to help and I knew from the start that Debbie was not only capable but friendly, efficient , and knew the market better than any other realtor I’ve ever dealt with (I have sold 7 homes of mine in other states) over the last 50 years. She is an outstanding realtor. She doesn’t just sell the house she keeps in contact with her client offering help at what ever is troubling that client be finding workmen, helping explain the process of moving, and guiding all to a more happy place to call home.
