Eric is a true Florida native having been born and raised on the Gulf Coast. After meeting his beautiful and talented wife, he moved to Indian River County on the East Coast to start a family. Soon after, in between raising three amazing children, Eric was able to graduate from Indian River State College with a degree in Organizational Management. Eric enjoys creating lasting memories with his family, fishing, golfing, bowling, and taking advantage of the gorgeous beaches. Eric did a wonderful job for us! We had a problem with the sale of our NY property that caused our FL closing on be delayed repeatedly and Eric was able to work with the sellers to get us to a successful closing. He is patient and responsive - we highly recommended Eric!

Eric worked with us for over a year in our move from KY to Vero Beach. We made a couple of trips to the area to look at properties, and Eric was always available. He also kept us informed about houses that became available and sent me information if I requested it. Eric provided moral support in a difficult move from another state and was there to the end with us at closing. We appreciate everything he did.
