John introduced us to the new Altis community. He met with us and has been helpful and personable throughout the process. Any time I had trouble contacting people or had questions, he never let us down.

ohn is the absolute best in the business. You will not find a better real estate agent than him. He does whatever it takes to make deals happen without ever making you feel pressured. He protected us as buyers throughout the entire process. John knows what you want before you even know what you want; he will not let you settle on something and will work with you around the clock until you find something you love. No one reads people better than John does; he can tell immediately how you feel about a home and uses that information to search for homes that fit exactly what you want. he is incredibly knowledgable about real estate, costs and helping us find the ideal community for us! John knows how to negotiate all costs and make things happen. Not to mention, he is an absolute BLAST to be around! I would recommend him to anyone I know. He is available any time you need and always answers your calls/texts/emails. You will not find a real estate agent as smart, fun, knowledgable, and hardworking as John. I am so grateful to have met John! He was so amazing with helping me find my new home. John was patient, kind, encouraging and most of all funny. I highly encourage anyone looking to buy to call John. :)
