About Verano

Verano is a new community in Santa Clarita, California. Upon completion, this 95-home community plans to offer its own 55+ clubhouse exclusively for Verano residents. Located in the master-planned community of Aliento, homeowners in Verano will also have access to an all-ages clubhouse, The Terrace.

Verano Amenities

The amenities at Verano will begin at the 55+ clubhouse, The Club at Verano. There residents will have access to a fitness center for staying in shape, meeting rooms, and card tables for games of bridge with neighbors.

Outside the clubhouse there will be a resort-style swimming pool and patio for lounging around after a quick dip. A BYOB outdoor bar is going to be a great place to socialize with friends over a glass of wine. The clubhouse will also provide residents with their own private wine locker to keep favorite bottles at their optimal temperature.

Homeowners in Verano will also be residents of the master-planned community Aliento and have access to its clubhouse, The Terrace. Another fitness center is available for use here as well as multi-purpose rooms and a catering kitchen for preparing snacks.

Pardee Homes began construction on Verano in 2017 and plans to build 95 single-family homes in a variety of sizes and options. Six floor plans range in size from 1,617 to 2,380 square feet of living space and include two to four bedrooms, two to four bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Some homes have additional options for features like multi-slide doors, extended covered patios, second pantries, and laundry cabinets with built-in sinks.
