Kelly was our realtor for about a year and half. We moved up from Florida and we needed time to explore the area. We were very picky on the type of house and location close to our daughter. Kelly was very patient helping us satisfy our needs which took a lot of time. We weren’t familiar with North Carolina’s real estate process so Kelly guided through that paperwork. I would recommend Kelly to anyone who wants a patient and hardworking realtor. We would definitely use Kelly again.

We met Kelly by phone in 2023 when we began looking to relocate to the Charlotte area, and we met her in person in early 2024 when we made our first visit. We instantly fell in love with her! She happily showed us some homes and neighborhoods in the area, being well aware that we were not quite ready to purchase. Kelly was wonderful throughout the whole process of first buying a new house and then selling my old one. She is very responsive, knowledgeable and well-connected (she put me in touch with a painter). She is also very personable and easy to work with.
