We first met Marta when planning our post-retirement move from just outside Nashville, Tennessee to Oregon, to be nearer our granddaughter. We did our research, found Marta online with impressive credentials and reviews, and made contact. From the very beginning, she made us feel comfortable and was extremely helpful. She was always available and happily gave us whatever time we needed for questions. What we came to appreciate even more, was just how effective she is at marketing and wielding the tools of her trade. We successfully sold our home in Mount Juliet, TN and with Marta’s help, purchased a wonderful home in Dallas, OR. After about two years, we determined that Dallas was still too far away (about an hour and a half) from our granddaughter in Springfield. We naturally, tapped Marta once again to help us sell our Dallas home and find something in the Springfield area. As effective as Marta was in helping us find a home to purchase, she knocked it out of the park when it came time to sell it. Having to make our second move in two years was a pain; to put it mildly, but she made the ordeal almost pleasant. She marketed our Dallas home expertly and ultimately, attracted a well-qualified buyer. We successfully sold the home at a very good price in what was then, a declining market. Moreover, Marta was able to negotiate a “rent-back” period for us, so we were able to stay in the Dallas home after closing until our new, Springfield home was ready. We’ve moved quite a number of times in our lives and have had interactions with many realtors. In all honesty, we have never met or dealt with another professional of Marta’s caliber. We unequivocally recommend Marta Guajardo to anyone who has the need to engage a real estate agent. Her demeanor, work ethic and depth of knowledge combine to make her a unique and truly exceptional person and professional.

If I could give Marta 6 stars, I would. She is by far, the best Agent we have ever dealt with. We worked with her for over 2 years to buy a home in Dallas, Oregon. (We lived in Nevada). When we made arrangements to come to Oregon, she always had several properties for us to view. She never showed us anything above our budget and she never showed us anything that did not meet our specifications. She kept in touch with us regularly and always let us know when new properties came up for sale. She was there for the whole process and helped us with everything along the way. She has stayed in touch since the sale and has offered advice with various homeowning issues along the way. We respect her insights, and enjoy her interactions with us. If she is not handling your home sale, you have the wrong agent.
