Matthew Allen is a distinguished Real Estate Broker-Associate with over 22+ years of experience in the industry. Growing up as the son of a successful Real Estate Broker, Matthew learned the importance of integrity, honesty, and quality customer service at a young age. Matthew has attained several of the highest designations and standards in the Real Estate industry, including a Graduate of the Realtor Institute, an Accredited Buyer Representative, and Certified as a Short Sale Specialist. Matthew and his team cater to Buyers and Sellers in 55 and older communities as well as lake-front homes, luxury real estate, golf communities, foreign national investors, relocation, and first-time homebuyers in and around Central Florida. They have successfully worked with almost every segment of Buyers and Sellers in Central Florida. Aside from his thriving Real Estate business, Matthew is an active resident of Dr. Phillips, where he is involved in several committees and charities in and around Southwest Orlando. He is an ambassador family for Winnie Palmer Hospital and The Children's Miracle Network, where they donate their time and efforts to do multiple fundraisers and attend lots of events to raise money and awareness.
