Matt, Sanny and Guy are the "A-Team" in real estate in Tacoma!
I live out of the state and needed to get my house in Tacoma ready and sold, with as little stress as possible during the lock down.
Matt's team has gone above and beyond in my opinion.
The communication has been spectacular. Every question addressed immediately and with kindness, considering my lack of knowledge in their field.
They brought in their team of professionals to make my house sale ready.
I had an electrician that I favored for some work, and the team contacted him for any work needed, instead of their usual professional. (I loved that they gave my input weight! I feel heard and validated!)
My house was listed on a Thursday and had multiple offers above asking price by Sunday. I had a generous pending offer by Monday.
Yes, in under 1 week!!!

Since the day we signed our agreement to list our house for sale with Matt, the "information train" started to roll. Matt and his team mates, Guy and Sanny, guided us with how to prepare the house for showing, initiated work with the title company, garnered the sale agreement forms from the buyer's agent for us to signed, and more. Once again, as the purchase moved on to escrow, we were continually kept informed of the status and what was coming up next. We are especially grateful for their patience and assurances as this can be most unsettling to folks our age (71 & 80).
We have, and will continue, referring our friends to Matt Harber. As far as we are concerned, they are outstanding! Thank you Matt, Guy, and Sanny for everything.

I can't recommend Matt highly enough. Incredible real estate agent and great guy. He found me a perfect house in just two showings when I didn't think what I was looking for was even possible. Everything went perfectly smoothly and quickly. Matt is genuine and honest throughout the process, and is the kind of person you want to be friends with after the house buying process is done. It'd be a mistake to use any other agent.
