My Real Estate partner Gale Weaver and I both have over 30 years in the Real Estate business. We have been top producers in the Lake Country area for many years. We love living AND working here at Del Webb at Lake Oconee. In addition to our many amenities like both an indoor and outdoor pool, pickleball courts, tennis, walking trails 21,000sq ft ClubHouse, we are the ONLY Del Webb with lake access! Our beautiful Lake Oconee has over 174 miles of shoreline just under 20 miles long, with an area of nearly 30 square miles .Lake Oconee is 225 feet deep at its deepest point. The average depth, though, is 21 feet. We are located between Augusta(1hour) and Atlanta (1.5 hours) in Georgia. It is important to visit several communities so you can compare amenities, layout, HOA rules, and general feel of the area. I did and I'm glad I landed here at DWLO. In addition to the many activities we've enjoyed and the friends we've made since moving here 10 years ago I think my favorite time of the year is when my 5 grandkids come for a visit. They call our Del Webb at Lake Oconee home "Camp Golden" for 2-3 weeks every year. We enjoy hours of boating, tubing, swimming, game nights, chats and smores by the fireside. There's nothing like it.
