Melody feels truly blessed to call North Idaho her home. She grew up near Coeur d'Alene, ID and has been residing and working in the surrounding area her entire life. She has raised an amazing son who attended North Idaho College in Coeur d'Alene before relocating to Moscow, ID three years ago to pursue a BS Degree in Engineering with a Minor in Physics and Math.
Melody became a full-time Realtor with Realteam Real Estate Center in 2007. Prior to her real estate career, she was a legal assistant at a local law firm. After working in real estate law for several years, she decided to continue her love for real estate by becoming a licensed real estate agent. In 2015 she furthered her knowledge and certifications by earning her Broker's License.
She has served on the Professional Standards Committee for the Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors since 2014. She is known to pursue excellence in every transaction. Melody faces every challenge with honesty and integrity and wants to help further the ethical standards of fellow Realtors by serving in this volunteer capacity.
Melody enjoys many outdoor activities in North Idaho, including firearms training, cross-country skiing, swimming, boating, jet-skiing, and biking. She is an NRA Certified Range Safety Officer, Pistol Instructor, and Refuse to be a Victim Instructor. She believes strongly in the safety of all Realtors and strives to help others in her profession stay safe on a daily basis.

I ‘met’ Melody online. She was the 1st realtor to reply to my request. From the get-go I felt connected to her and her business savvy. She always kept us informed and was patient with our requirements. She was Always Prompt! We recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling a home. She’s honest and she will work hard for you.

Melody is absolutely awesome. That's not an exaggeration. She goes way above and beyond the average real estate agent. She is absolutely dialed in to the real estate in her area. It was a true pleasure to work with someone so intimately familiar with Idaho real estate.

We are from out of town and were looking into moving to Northern Idaho. We contacted Melody on line and she sent us homes to look at in the area. We made a trip over to the area the 2nd week of June to see some of these homes with Melody. She went "above and beyond" to be helpful to us in showing us the homes and giving us information. Although we have decided not to move at this time, we would highly recommend her as an agent and will call on her if we should decide to move to the area at a later date.
