Michelle is an extremely professional realtor. She listed our condo, and after just 3 showings we had 2 offers and were under contract in less than a week! Listing and selling through Michelle was the most stress-free experience we have ever had.

We were living in Brooklyn, N.Y. and wanted to relocate to California to be near our son and grandson in Los Angeles. We wanted a single, detached private house in a 55+ community that wouldn't be more than about 45 minutes from West Hollywood where our son lives. Most of our communications were on line. She worked diligently to help us find exactly what we needed and wanted. She helped us through the paperwork and everything else that needed to be done. We were in constant communication. She kept in touch with us from beginning to end, and she still keeps in touch. I don't know how we could have managed all of this without her. Michelle is the best and the nicest real estate agent that we could ever have asked for.

Michelle was helpful to us in making an out-of-state move into an over-55 community. She advised us how to proceed in the difficult buyers market, educated us on the many options in our chosen areas and represented us when we could not be there in person. All other things being equal, it was her warmth and helpful personality that made her such a pleasure to deal with and made us choose her to represent us.
