Great local places for excellent bagel and pizza is also a bonus. For those interested in 55+ communities, my tip is to understand the details of the homeowners association (HOA) fee. Know what it covers to ensure alignment with your expectations and be aware of real estate taxes and homeowners insurance costs. Purchasing a home in a 55+ community is buying into a lifestyle, and understanding these financial aspects helps individuals make well-informed decisions that align with their preferences and financial considerations.
