St. George

I enjoy helping 55+ individuals find that perfect community, whether they're right-sizing locally, moving in from out of town, or relocating to be near their kids and grandkids. Seeing a client decide on a community and later hearing them say, "this is the best move I've ever made," is why I love what I do. I began my real estate career in 1997 and have 7 years of experience working with the 55+ population so I bring extensive experience to the table. I know the communities and can assist in narrowing down choices based on my clients' wants and needs. My goal is to make the transition as easy as possible throughout the entire process. There are numerous reasons for home buyers to consider Southern Utah including more affordable home prices, lower HOA fees and excellent amenities. The area provides a small-town atmosphere yet is close to Las Vegas, making it a great central place to have a base and travel from. With a fantastic regional airport offering flights to major hubs, world class hospitals, and golfing the region has something for everyone. The area is great for those who love hiking, skiing, biking, and camping. Southern Utah boasts five National Parks and 11 National Monuments, as well as cultural events, activities, and groups to join for planned activities. Southern Utah is the location of one of Utah’s most popular summer vacation spots—Lake Powell. The 186-mile long lake boasts a shoreline that is longer than the entire western coast of the continental US. For those interested in 55+ communities in the area, my tip is to gather information from residents. Visiting the clubhouse provides insight into the community's activity level, and reviewing websites or calendars helps understand what the community provides. Understanding HOA fees and what they cover is crucial On a personal note, I am an avid outdoors person. I love camping, hiking, snowshoeing, finding wild horse herds, riding horses and bikes—anything that takes me outdoors. Recently, I traveled 3,500 miles through Canada/Yukon and into Alaska, where I had the opportunity to meet people and hear amazing stories from native residents.
