As a fourth-generation, Real Estate Agent Walker remembers her childhood of taking home tours each Sunday with her parents, discussing the pros and cons of various neighborhoods, and debating negotiation strategies given the different circumstances surrounding each home. After graduating from TCU -Go Frogs!- she was recruited by a builder to sell new homes. I highly recommend Walker Wagner for all your real-estate needs! She by far is the sweetest, most caring, agent I’ve ever dealt with. She goes above and beyond to help you sell your home, or in our case, to sell our current home and buy a new one. 5 star service all the way!!!!! The real estate market has changed so much post-Covid, that we all need a real advocate/realtor in our corner to navigate the home buying and home selling process. Walker Wagner is a PRO and the person you need in your corner…I would recommend her 100%. Walker knows all of the in’s and out’s, do’s and don’ts, as well as tips, tricks, and secrets, that only someone with her years of experience could provide. If you are looking for a realtor with a vast and complete working knowledge of new construction homes and/or selling your home.…call Walker. Call Walker today!!!!

Walker’s competency, market knowledge, communication and experience all deserve a 5 out of 5 rating, especially for the 55 and up community. We felt her commitment to us and knew she was working on our behalf which made the process much easier. She is very knowledgeable of the market and had no problem answering all our questions. Most of all, we appreciate her honesty, fairness, integrity, positivity, and friendliness. We would recommend Walker Wagner to anyone who is buying or selling a house. We are very pleased with the results.

Kudos to Walker. She was awesome to deal with and was always prepared. She made the most of our time by knowing which communities best met our needs. I would use Walker again – you bet! She is a positive, flexible, an expert in her field, and overall just a nice person to work with. Moving across the country is a big decision but we loved having Walker along for the ride!

The DFW real estate market is hot right now and so our family was thinking that we didn’t really need a Realtor to sell my father’s home at Frisco Lakes. The neighbors told us we should call Walker anyway. She was quick to give us information about what to expect during the selling process and even explained what it would look like attempting to sell without a Realtor. In the end we saw her value and expertise and chose to list with her. Her communication skills through the selling process were top notch and she was quick to answer any questions we had along...
