Both offer a kitchen island for seating as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The Birch has 704 square feet and a large balcony, with a tub in the bathroom. The Ash 1 has 725 square feet, and the Ash 2 has 752 square feet. Both models have a breakfast bar and separate dining area.

The Oak has 770 square feet and two closets in the bedroom. The Pine is a 793-square-foot model and offers a spacious living area and extra storage. The Elm has 838 square feet, a large bedroom, and a balcony. The Elm HC model has 840 square feet and a walk-in closet in the bedroom. 

Nine two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment homes are available, beginning with The Cheyenne, which has 968 square feet. The kitchen island has space for seating and the second bathroom is a half-bath. The Rio Grande has 1,035 square feet and The Yukon has 1,037 square feet. Both floor plans offer a walk-in closet in the primary bedroom and a balcony. The Madison has 1,160 square feet with a walk-in closet in the primary bedroom and a primary bathroom with a window.

The Platte has 1,174 square feet, extra storage, and an expanded balcony. The Missouri HC model has 1,218 square feet and the Missouri model has 1,219 square feet. Both have dual sinks in the primary bathroom. The Elk has 1,305 square feet and an expansive balcony and a large laundry room. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets. The Arkansas has 1,318 square feet, and one bathroom has a walk-in shower while the other has a soaking tub. 

One cottage-style floor plan is available. The Glacier has 1,927 square feet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. There’s lots of storage space and private outdoor space.
