Westbrook Village is a mid-sized active adult community located in Peoria, Arizona, on the northern edge of Del Webb’s original Sun City development. The par-71 Lakes Course features rolling greens, mature landscaping and strategic water hazards. While the 6,400-yard, par-72 Vistas Course is a challenging links-style course.

In addition to the golf club and main recreation centers, Westbrook Village also offers the Fine Arts and Learning Center. This small facility is located next to the Vistas Recreation Center. It includes a photography lab, an art studio, a book and video library, and multipurpose meeting rooms.
