Here are four 55+ communities with new homes to consider in the Queen City:

Cresswind Charlotte

Located 15 minutes from Charlotte, Cresswind Charlotte sits on 370 acres of peaceful, rolling woodlands. The scenic development will feature a total of 850 single-family homes upon completion and currently has new homes on the market.

Cresswind Charlotte has two distinct home collections named after the city’s busiest streets of Trade and Tryon. The Trade Collection features four floor plans that range from 1,448 to 1,788 square feet and offer two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two-car garages. The Tryon Collection offers five floor plans that range from 2,012 to 2,547 square feet. Plans offer two to three bedrooms, two to two-and-a-half bathrooms, and two-car garages. Some layouts also include a den area.

Along with the variety of floor plans, Cresswind Charlotte also offers its residents several desirable amenities, including an expansive 18,000-square-foot clubhouse, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a catering kitchen, and an indoor pool. The gated neighborhood only has new, single-family homes on the market with five available floor plans. There are several noteworthy amenities within Highcliff at Palisades including a private clubhouse, a fitness center, a great room, and an outdoor pool and patio area. Residents also have the option to join the Palisades Country Club to enjoy additional amenities.
