Three floor plans—the Reston, Newhall and Copper Ridge models—can be expanded with an approximately 800 square-foot second-story loft. The Reston and Newhall models also have the option of an added basement.
While River Pointe has plenty of on-site amenities, residents will love living within close proximity of many nearby attractions. The community is within 30 minutes of the Jersey Shore and about an hour from Atlantic City. For day or weekend trips, residents can also be in Philadelphia or New York City in about 90 minutes.
