Active adults looking for a small-town setting in the Northern California area may fall in love with Woodbridge by Del Webb. This beautiful age-restricted community is set in Manteca, within close proximity of shopping centers, restaurants, regional parks, golf courses and medical facilities. The community also offers plenty of on-site recreations to support a healthy, active lifestyle.

Social and recreational opportunities in Woodbridge are largely centered around the Lakeview Clubhouse. With lovely views of Lake Rockwell, a two-acre fishing lake, this 28,000 square-foot facility houses a variety of resort-style amenities. Hobby and game rooms support many interests including arts and crafts, cards and billiards. There is a demonstration kitchen where residents can take part in cooking classes, and a fireside lounge for relaxing with friends.

The Lakeview Clubhouse also contains a state-of-the-art fitness center with cardiovascular equipment, free weights and strength-training machines. The spacious aerobics and dance studio provides plenty of room for yoga and other fitness classes, while windows around the elevated indoor walking track offer inspiring views of Lake Rockwell. There is also an indoor lap pool for those who prefer to stay in shape with swimming or water aerobics.

Woodbridge’s lovely grounds feature a 12-acre Lifestyle Park with many outdoor recreations, including a resort-style swimming pool surrounded by a cozy sundeck. Resident sports enthusiasts can enjoy tennis, bocce ball and a half-basketball court, as well as a softball field and an 18-hole putting course. Walking and biking trails wind throughout the community, while Lake Rockwell is well-stocked and equipped with a large pier for catch-and-release fishing.

Del Webb began construction of Woodbridge in 2006 and development is still continuing. Upon completion, the community plans to contain approximately 1,400 single-family homes. Homebuyers currently can choose between new construction designs and available resale homes.

New construction homes are available in seven different single-family designs, ranging in size from 1,312 to over 2,600 square feet. Each home has a minimum of two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a two-car garage. Several models offer a den or third bedroom, while the largest feature an additional half bathroom and an optional two-and-a-half- or three-car garage.

The ranch-style homes in Woodbridge are designed with open floor plans and large great rooms to offer appealing main level living. Kitchens are bright and airy, while some of the larger models include both breakfast nooks and separate dining rooms. Master bedroom suites are spacious with large walk-in closets and luxurious bathrooms.

With beautifully designed homes, resort-style amenities and a fabulous location, Woodbridge is a tranquil haven which is sure to appeal to many diverse active adult homebuyers.
