Mesa Communities With Homes for Sale Under $200k

Mesa’s advantage is that it’s at the extreme northeast corner of the metropolitan area, providing quick access to the hiking trails and recreational lakes in the Superstition Mountains.

Best of all, there are plenty of active adult communities in Mesa that have affordable homes for sale. Some of these communities offer homes under $100k, but all six have homes available at under $200k.
