HHHunt Homes has just announced that they are adding a brand new section of upscale townhomes at Mosaic at West Creek in Goochland, Virginia, which is about 20 miles northwest of Richmond. Construction began on this upscale 55+ community in 2019, and since the opening this builder’s new homes have all sold out. In addition to all this, Mosaic at West Creek will have eight miles of walking & biking trails, a fire pit, and a dog park. All of these top-drawer amenities will provide ample opportunity to meet other neighbors for club meetings and community activities.

Mosaic at West Creek is close to numerous shopping outlets, like the Short Pump Town Center, Kroger, Food Lion, several Walmart Supercenters, CVS, and Whole Foods. The two nearest hospitals are Bon Secours and the Virginia Hospital and Healthcare Association. When you’re ready to travel, the Richmond International, is only about 30 minutes away.
Golfers will be pleased to learn that there is a great selection of courses in the area, including Hunting Hawk, Kinloch Golf Club, and Sycamore Creek Golf Course. There are also some lovely outdoor recreation areas close by, like Tuckahoe Creek Park, Robious Landing Park, and Deep Run Park.
