Part of the master-planned Meridiana development, this gated enclave offers single-family homes for sale starting in the mid $300s. The community has begun construction on its resort-style amenity center and plans to open it to residents in early 2022. Two showcase model homes and several move-in ready homes are also underway.

Construction of Serenity at Meridiana began in 2020 and Gracemark Homes plans to build 144 single-family homes. Residences will range from 1,800 to 2,513 square feet and feature open-concept floor plans. These one-story homes include common features such as gourmet kitchens with central islands and breakfast bars, expansive living rooms, and covered patios.

Homebuyers who have specific needs or design preferences can customize several floor plans. Some customization options include adding an extra bedroom, upgrading to a three-car garage, and adding a second-story bonus suite.

Serenity at Meridiana Amenities and Lifestyle

Serenity at Meridiana includes several amenities exclusively for homeowners, including a state-of-the-art clubhouse with a fitness center, kitchen, gathering spaces, and lounge.

Residents can also take advantage of all the amenities within the master-planned Meridiana development. These amenities include three resort-style outdoor pools, a fitness center, activity spaces, an outdoor amphitheater, and a game area.

At Oasis Village, homeowners can enjoy a clubhouse, lakefront conservatory, and Café Sol, the community’s on-site restaurant and bar. The café offers a variety of lunch and dinner options available for dine-in, curbside pick-up, or delivery.

Other amenities include miles of walking and biking trails, hundreds of acres of parks and greenspaces, and scenic lakes and ponds for fishing, watersports, and kayaking. Residents can also join a friendly game on courts and fields for baseball, basketball, soccer, and tennis.

Members of the communities pay a homeowners’ association fee that covers landscaping, lawn maintenance, exterior pest control, and common area maintenance.

Living in Manvel, TX

Living in Serenity at Meridiana means residents can take advantage of the entertainment in Houston and the coastal activities in Galveston. George Bush Intercontinental Airport is also just 45 minutes away.

Closer to home, residents will find numerous grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and parks right in Manvel. Stores such as Sprouts Farmers Market, Target, and Costco are nearby for daily needs. Active adults can take care of their pharmacy needs at a local CVS or Walgreens.

If you’re a long-time golfer or new to the sport, you can tee off at several local courses, including Pearland Golf Club, Clear Creek Golf Club, and River Pointe Golf Club. Outdoor enthusiasts can soak up the sun at one of the area’s many nearby parks, including Kitty Hollow Park and Brazos Bend State Park, which is home to a variety of birds and other wildlife.
