The Timber Creek Recreation Lodge

Del Webb, a division of Pulte Homes, built Sun City Roseville across 1,200 acres of rolling hills, mature oak trees, and shimmering scenic lakes. Constructed from 1995 to 2000, the community offers well-tended landscaping, a 58,000 square-foot clubhouse and 3,110 single-family homes.

As the hub of community activity, the 58,000 square-foot Timber Creek Recreation Lodge provides numerous indoor and outdoor amenities. Highlights of the resort-style amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, a 25-meter indoor swimming pool, a hobby and craft rooms, a library, and a spacious grand ballroom. The Timbers Restaurant and Bar also welcomes residents for a casually elegant meal or just to mingle over an evening drink.

The Sierra Pines Clubhouse

A second smaller community center, the Sierra Pines Clubhouse, offers additional amenities including several multipurpose areas, a deli, and a pro golf shop. In 2010, the Sierra Pines Clubhouse was expanded in an extensive 3,000 square-foot renovation which gave the residents more much-needed space for social meetings and special events.

Outdoor Amenities at Sun City Roseville

Outdoor amenities begin with Sun City Roseville’s two challenging golf courses. Designed by Billy Casper and Greg Nash, these courses feature five tee boxes to make them accessible to golfers of any skill level. The versatile facilities include an 18-hole course, a 9-hole course, two putting greens, a driving range, and a chipping and sand practice area.

When it comes to Sun City Roseville recreations, golf is only the beginning. The Lodge features a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with a surrounding sundeck. Throughout the grounds, residents can make use of six lighted tennis courts as well as sports courts for paddle tennis, pickleball, basketball, bocce ball, and croquet. There are also horseshoe pits and extensive walking trails.
