Valencia Grove at Riverland has new homesites available for interested buyers.

New construction lots are in high demand within Valencia Grove at Riverland, a gated 55+ community in Port St. Lucie, Florida. With community’s growing popularity, developers created a drawing in June to award prime lots to bidding buyers.

The process was simple. Homebuyers simply had to submit their $5,000 reservation deposit to sales agents in early June. Then, names were randomly selected to establish the lot selection order. Buyers went in order choosing their desired lots and the next steps were signing the contract and paying the remaining 10 percent down payment.

There’s still time to make your own offer on a single-family home in the active adult community within Riverland’s master-planned development. A visit to Valencia Grove at Riverland – either in person or virtually – may help you find your next home.

Amenities of Valencia Grove at Riverland

One of the reasons Valencia Grove at Riverland is so popular is the availability of amenities, particularly fitness-related amenities.
