Parkview is a 55+ community that's located in Golden, Colorado. It is conveniently situated just east of Highway 93 and north of 53rd Avenue in unincorporated Jefferson County with easy access to downtown Golden, Denver, and Boulder.

Pulte Homes built the first residences in Parkview in 2007, under the name Parkview Villas, and Remington Homes has since joined the community. By 2011 Pulte completed 111 single-family homes. Remington Homes offers four additional floor plans that range from 2,341 to 2,629 square feet. These townhomes have three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and attached two- to three-car garages. Features of these homes include 10-foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, covered concrete patios, and dual-glazed vinyl windows.
