The Peak Collection offers single-family homes across four single-story floor plans ranging from 2,276 to 2,526 square feet with three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms and a three-car garage.

The Pinnacle Collection offers the community's largest single-family floor plans across four single-story designs ranging from 2,635 to 3,149 square feet with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three bathrooms and three to four-car garages.
