Engle Homes developed the attached homes at Bay Colony, which range from 1,446 to 1,952 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a one- or two-car garage. The builder also developed the Hammock single-family homes, which are approximately 2,265 square feet with four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a two-car garage.

The attached homes at Brittany Cay and the single-family Estate homes were built by Zuckerman Homes. These homes range from 1,358 to 2,772 square feet with three to four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and either a two- or three-car garage.

Town and Country Home Builders built the attached and single-family homes at Somerset. These homes range from 1,290 to 2,118 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.

The remaining single-family homes at Andros Isle were built by Centex Homes, Pride Homes, and Transeastern Properties. These homes are in the Crystal Cay, Paradise Bay, and The Preserve neighborhoods, and they range from 1,498 to 1,972 square feet with two to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and a two-car garage.
