About La Mar

La Mar is a 55+ condominium community located in Tequesta, Florida. This condominium complex offers the ultimate in low-maintenance living perfect for active adults. Built by DiVosta in 1972, these condos offer smaller living spaces without giving up functionality. Residents of the community enjoy a well-decorated lobby as well as beautiful Intracoastal Waterway views.

La Mar Amenities & Lifestyle

Although there is no clubhouse, La Mar residents enjoy an active and low-maintenance lifestyle. This allows homeowners to spend more time relaxing by the pool or playing cards with neighbors on the patio. Homeowners with boats can utilize the few boat slips along the Intracoastal Waterway that belong to the community. Across the street, residents enjoy a public beach with beautiful ocean views. Homeowners pay an annual homeowners' association fee that covers general maintenance of the community grounds and common areas as well as trash removal, water, and cable.

La Mar Homes & Real Estate

La Mar was built by DiVosta in 1972. These 32 condos are situated in a secured nine-story building with elevator access. Units in the building offer two bedrooms, two bathrooms with approximately 1,500 square feet of living space. Each unit has a balcony offering scenic views of the Intracoastal Waterway or Atlantic Ocean. Two covered parking spots are assigned to each unit with additional parking available for guests.

Located in Tequesta, Florida, La Mar is situated on Jupiter Island between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for entertainment and recreation. Golfers will love the numerous private and public courses in the area with play available for all skill levels. Just a few miles away homeowners can shop until they drop at the Tequesta Shopping Center. Coral Cove Park is also located just a few miles away and offers great snorkeling, swimming, and fishing activities. With so much to do in such a beautiful location there is no wonder why active adults love living in La Mar in Palm Beach County.
