Polo Trace is a new active lifestyle community in Delray Beach, Florida. Builder GL Homes began construction of Polo Trace in 2019 and plan to build 324 single-family homes total. Homebuyers can choose from two home model collections, the Sequoia Collection and the Victoria Collection, that offer a total of 12 different floor plans to choose from.
The Sequoia Collection will offer nine home models that range from 1,846 to 3,463 square feet with two to six bedrooms, two-and-a-half to five bathrooms, and attached two or three-car garages.
The Victoria Collection will include three home models that range from 2,584 to 2,708 square feet with two or three bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and attached three-car garages.
Many of the single-story and two-story homes across both collections will include dens, great rooms, and covered screened-in patios. A desirable feature in most homes will be first-floor master retreats with walk-in closets and master bathrooms.
Polo Trace will be located in Delray Beach, Florida, putting residents in easy reach of daily needs and fun opportunities.
