The open floor plans include a spacious great room, a separate dining area, and a gourmet kitchen. The Dunlin floor plan has two bedrooms and the Tern floor plan has three bedrooms. Within those models, additional upgrades and custom elements can be included.

The Vine Collection offers single-family homes with 1,602 to 1,952 square feet with two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Attached two-car garages are included, and the kitchens have extra storage. Spacious primary suites include walk-in closets and bathrooms with dual sinks. The two-bedroom floor plan is the Stilt, while the Razorbill  offers three bedrooms, with a first-floor primary suite.

The Wren Collection has single-family homes ranging from 2,257 to 2,595 square feet. Floor plans have two to four bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached three-car garage. Large primary suites include custom-designed closets, and there are built-in workspaces and walk-in pantries in some of the kitchens. The Skimmer and the Flora are three-bedroom, two-bathroom models while the Snipe has an extra full bathroom and the Sanderling is the four-bedroom and largest floor plan.
