More than a dozen floor plans are available, ranging from 1,700 to 3,925 square feet, with two to four bedrooms, two to four-and-a-half bathrooms, and attached two-car garages.

Features in some homes include optional second stories, additional outdoor space, and fireplaces in the living room. 

From Southwyck Communities, there are eight floor plans, beginning with The Willowwood, which has 1,700 square feet, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. This ranch home has an open kitchen with a center island, a primary suite that includes a zero-entry shower with a seat, and a covered porch in the back. 

The Wildwood has 1,755 square feet, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. There’s a walk-in pantry in the kitchen and a smooth flow into the dining area and living room. The primary suite has two walk-in closets. 

The Oakwood has 1,860 square feet, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. There’s an option to turn the third bedroom into a formal dining room. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the second bathroom has a tub. 

The Ridgewood offers 1,920 square feet, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The kitchen includes a walk-in pantry and a center island with space for seating. The primary suite is in the back of the house, providing privacy and access to the covered porch. 

The Heartwood has 2,020 square feet, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The open floor plan provides lots of storage and flex space, and there’s an option for a finished basement and a second story.

The Magnolia has 3,397 square feet, four bedrooms, and four-and-a-half bathrooms. The primary suite and a guest suite are on the first floor, and upstairs there are additional bedrooms and a loft. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, and there’s a powder room just off the foyer for guests. 

The Dogwood has 3,744 square feet, three bedrooms, and three-and-a-half bathrooms. This two-story model includes a home office on the first floor and a sitting room attached to the primary suite. Upstairs is an additional flex space as well as a loft and two large bedrooms. 

The Crabapple has 3,925 square feet, four bedrooms, and three-and-a-half bathrooms. An optional elevator can be included, as well as a finished basement. All bedrooms include walk-in closets, and there’s flex space and storage throughout. A sunroom right off the kitchen and dining area leads to a covered porch.

Five floor plans are available through O’Dwyer Homes. These models have three bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. The Cavan has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a large walk-in pantry, and a flex space that can be used as an office or a den. The Kildare has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with the primary suite being on the first floor and a guest suite situated on the second floor. There’s also a covered porch.

The Killarney has three bedrooms and two bathrooms on one level. The primary suite has dual sinks in the bedroom and a walk-in closet, and the two additional bedrooms share a bathroom. The Newport is a two-story floor plan with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There’s a large laundry room, a walk-in pantry in the kitchen, and a separate dining room off the kitchen. The Rossmore offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The second story has an open loft and a guest suite. On the first floor, there’s a sunroom in addition to the primary suite, second bedroom, and living area.
