Two bedrooms are upstairs, including the primary suite with two walk-in closets and a spacious bathroom. The third bedroom is on the bottom level.

The Haven Collection features townhomes with 1,246 to 2,844 square feet. These homes have three or four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and are available on two or three levels. The Bagwell floor plan and the Oakridge floor plan are available with different options included, such as loft space and flex rooms on the third floor.
