They can catch a Kansas City T-Bones baseball game at CommunityAmerica Ballpark or Kansas City Sporting Club soccer game at the Sporting Park, both next to Legends Outlets. Additionally, a bit farther away are Kaufman Stadium and Arrowhead Stadium.

Check out the HOA before you buy only snow treatment 2inchs and above no ice melt in the winter. Only benefit you will get your grass cut and you don’t even own the grass they cut.

The location of this community is what sells it. Right down the street from The Legends shopping and sports area. Only a few minutes from the freeway and a lot of shopping and dining right around the corner.
