About SummerCrest

SummerCrest is a 55+ condominium community located near Minneapolis, Minnesota. Situated within the suburb of Brooklyn Park as well, this community offers the ultimate in low-maintenance living for active adults. Built between 2005 and 2007, these units include roomy living spaces as well as a private balcony.

Residents of SummerCrest enjoy living adjacent to one of the best golf courses in the state. The Edinburgh USA golf course offers paid membership access, however homeowners never have to leave their condo complex for top-notch amenities.

SummerCrest Amenities

SummerCrest was exclusively designed for active adults. This well-appointed building includes a party room with catering kitchen perfect for a variety of group events. The full-service exercise room and billiards room are ideal options for those looking for physical activity. Homeowners can enjoy spending their spare time in the craft room and woodworking shop. SummerCrest’s thoughtful amenities continue with a library and business center.

With an outdoor car wash bay, residents never have to travel far or pay to have their car washed. In addition, SummerCrest backs up to the Shingle Creek Regional Trail, giving homeowners multiple ways to walk, jog, or bike while enjoying fresh air.

SummerCrest Homes & Real Estate

SummerCrest is a 59-unit condominium complex developed by Weiss Builders. There are four models that offer between 954 and 1,916 square feet of living space. Homebuyers can find a unit that has one or two bedrooms and one or two bathrooms. The largest model, Superior, is the only floor plan to include a den. All homes include a private balcony and heated underground parking.
