Harvest Pointe Reviews
- Charles H.|November 4, 2019My wife an I were one of a group who pre-bought from pictures in the sales office prior to the start of construction. We were not in a hurry as we live in Laurel and were downsizing...We were dismayed with some issues, and I have to advise all of my wife’s ( the Boss ) issues with some conversation, with the staff at Harvest Point, have been rectified prior to us moving into our new downsized happy house. The staff has been great in making us happy, and we look forward to a easier life style, with all the amenities provided by the condominium.
- JAMES B.|July 25, 2018Please be advised that my wife and I had placed a binder on one of these condos only to learn from speaking to the Town on Southold Building Dept and Town Planning Dept that you are not permitted to finish the basements for additional living space. The sales representatives had repeatedly told us that we would be able to finish the basement on our own through private contractors. This is not true. If you buy a condo here the town will not allow you to finish the basement and it also will violate the Harvest Pointe HOA. Buyer beware.
