Five one-bedroom, one-bathroom floor plans are available to rent. They have 712 to 856 square feet. These models include walk-in closets, breakfast bars with seating in the kitchen, and spacious bathrooms with counter space and storage.

Eleven models are available with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. They range from 995 to 1,229 square feet. Some of these floor plans have a kitchen island, and others have dual sinks in the primary bathroom. Two of the models in the two-bedroom collection have a flex space, which can be used as an office or den.

Two floor plans are available with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. These models have 1,476 or 1,510 square feet. The primary bedroom has an attached bathroom, and the second full bathroom is shared by the other two bedrooms. Walk-in closets are in all bedrooms, and the three-bedroom models have a balcony and a kitchen island.
