Two of the models in the two-bedroom collection have a flex space, which can be used as an office or den.

Two floor plans are available with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. These models have 1,476 or 1,510 square feet. The primary bedroom has an attached bathroom, and the second full bathroom is shared by the other two bedrooms. Walk-in closets are in all bedrooms, and the three-bedroom models have a balcony and a kitchen island.
