The Residence at Southpark offers 150 apartment homes in one building, on five stories. Homes range from 1,036 to 3,057 square feet and have one to three bedrooms, one to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and parking in a covered garage. Reserved spots are available for a fee. Features in all apartment homes include stainless steel appliances, hardwood and tile flooring, granite counters, tile backsplash, eat-in kitchens, and designer lighting. Homes have built-in desk spaces and wine racks. Some apartment homes also include separate dining areas, quartz counters, wine refrigerators, high ceilings, and city skyline views. Penthouse and loft apartments are available. 

Eight floor plans have one bedroom and one bathroom. These apartment homes range from 1,036 to 1,556 square feet. They have large kitchens with breakfast bars that can accommodate seating. Bathrooms include dual sinks and a walk-in shower that’s separate from a tub. The bedroom comes with a large walk-in closet, and some one-bedroom models include a flex space that can be used as a den or home office. 

The two-bedroom apartment homes are available in 21 different floor plans, ranging from 1,471 to 2,813 square feet. Some of them have two bathrooms, and others include an additional half-bathroom. These homes have sizable bedrooms with walk-in closets and attached bathrooms. The kitchens include an island with seating as well as a separate dining area. Laundry rooms include storage and a full-sized washer and dryer. Many of these models have a home office space that’s either part of the open floor plan or in a dedicated room with a door.
