The Cumberland is a bungalow-style home with 1,947 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached one-car garage. The Hudson has 2,718 square feet, four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached three-car garage. It’s a two-story home with a flex space, a large breakfast bar with seating in the kitchen, and bedrooms with extra closet space. 

The Lehigh has 3,010 square feet, four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached three-car garage. The two-story home offers lots of natural light, a formal foyer, and a gourmet kitchen with a walk-in pantry and a center island with space for seating. There’s flex space on the main level and a loft upstairs.

The Oak Park model has 3,307 square feet, four bedrooms, and two-and-a-half bathrooms. There’s also an attached three-car garage with a private entry leading to a storage closet and a half-bathroom.
