The Larkspur is a 1,578-square-foot apartment home with two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. There’s an office space, a covered front porch, and a back patio. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets, and the primary bedroom includes a double vanity.
