The Contour offers 1,345 square feet, while the Compass provides 1,403 square feet. The Hallmark features 1,581 square feet, and the Prosperity offers 1,600 square feet. The Mystique has 1,872 square feet. The Palmary provides 1,858 square feet, and the Mainstay is the largest two-bedroom, two-bathroom model, also offering 1,872 square feet.

The models offering two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage include the Prestige, with 1,987 square feet; the Stardom, with 2,179 square feet; and the Stellar, with 2,240 square feet.

Finally, there is the Renown, offering 2,712 square feet, three bedrooms, and three-and-a-half bathrooms, along with an attached three-car garage.
