    Had a chance to drive through this community the other day and I was very impressed. It is a really great community tucked back off the main road. Peaceful, walking trails, ponds, and some very nice homes. I liked the uniqueness to them where not every home looks the same.

    We've been very pleased with our home here at Sterling Place. The community is very quiet and the people are friendly. The quality of construction of our home seems good (at least we have not had any problems yet knock on wood). There isn't a clubhouse or amenities here but we spend more of our time outdoors, golfing or enjoying the area. Memphis is nearby and it's always a fun time.
