About Orchard Flower

Orchard Flower is a 55+ community located in Flower Mound, Texas. This single-family home neighborhood will consist of just 98 residences, developed with the active adult and retiree in mind. Orchard Flower, built by Grenadier Homes, will provide the amenities to bring neighbors together to be socially active and physically fit. With a low-maintenance lifestyle in an intimately sized community, homebuyers will love all that Orchard Flower has to offer.

Orchard Flower Amenities

At the center of Orchard Flower will be the beautiful community center. Current plans call for a multi-purpose room, perfect for community events and activities. Residents will be able to stay in their best shape with a well-equipped fitness center. Outdoors, homeowners will be able to enjoy the pleasurable year-round Northern Texas climate as Flower Mound will provide an outdoor pool and patio for some early morning laps or lounging poolside with neighbors. Walking and biking trails will round out the amenities at Orchard Flower.

Orchard Flower Homes & Real Estate

Grenadier Homes began construction of Orchard Flower in 2015 and will build 98 single-family homes upon completion. These homes will feature two to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and an attached two or two-and-a-half-car garage. Grenadier Homes designed these residences to include large back patios, single-story living, and low-maintenance exteriors.

Orchard Flower Lifestyle

Orchard Flower will provide residents with an active lifestyle with like-minded residents. With just 98 homes, Orchard Flower will be small enough for neighbors to know everyone else yet big enough to find someone who shares your hobby. Homeowners will also enjoy more time to pursue hobbies and interests thanks to the monthly association fee. The fee will provide a low-maintenance lifestyle by taking care of trimming, edging, and weeding of yards.

Orchard Flower is located in Flower Mound, Texas. Just down the street from the community's gates are several everyday conveniences, including a Kroger, banks, restaurants, and a Walgreens. Less than five miles away is the award-winning Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital. Interstate 635 is just a couple of minutes away and when your next destination is farther, residents will find the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is just over seven miles to the south.

Big-city entertainment is just a few miles away in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area.
