Located in Richmond, Texas, The Lagos at Aliana is a lock-and-leave community of low maintenance, luxury patio homes. Developed by Sitterle Homes, The Lagos at Aliana is made up of 44 single-family homes and is part of Aliana, an expansive master-planned community. Alinea has two amenity centers filled with resort-like amenities. Richmond is a part of the Houston area making it easy for homeowners to enjoy all that this metropolis has to offer. 

The Lagos at Aliana Amenities 

There are two amenity centers in Aliana that are available to residents, The Club and the Westmoor Club at Aliana. The Club is home to a luxurious ballroom with catering kitchens and two multi-purpose rooms available for residents to rent. There's also a 24-hour fitness facility, an impressive resort-style outdoor pool, and a large covered patio that is often used for hosting outdoor events. There are also several tennis courts and miles of walking and biking trails.

The Westmoor Club at Aliana is the community's newest amenity center. It has numerous multi-purpose rooms where classes and meetings are held. Residents may also rent these rooms for private events. A fitness center is available to homeowners 24 hours a day. Outdoors, there is a pool with a splash pad, a large covered patio, and two tennis courts. An event lawn is where "Movies on the Lawn" events are held in the summer months. The clubhouse is connected to the rest of the community by walking trails and roads.

Sitterle Homes is planning to build 44 homes in The Lagos at Aliana. Ten floor plans are available ranging from 1,742 to 2,703 square feet with two to four bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Many of the floor plans include design touches such as outdoor living spaces, gourmet kitchens, and an optional study room. All floor plans feature first-floor master suites. 

The Lagos at Aliana Lifestyle

The homeowners' association (HOA) handles many routine home maintenance tasks, truly making this a "lock and leave" community. Landscaping and exterior home maintenance are provided by the HOA as well as upkeep on all common areas and amenities. This gives residents plenty of time to enjoy the activities they love as well as the freedom to travel knowing their home maintenance will be done.

The Lagos at Aliana is conveniently located in Richmond, Texas. Routine errands are easy with an H-E-B grocery, Target, Marshalls, and several other retails stores less than two miles away.
