Cherry Springs Villas is an upcoming 55+ community located in North Ogden, Utah. Leisure Villas broke ground on the small, age-restricted community earlier this year with plans to build a total of 84 homes within the development. Homes will range from 1,602 to 1,971 square feet and have two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Features in some homes will include an open floor plan, quartz countertops, kitchens designed for entertaining, and vaulted ceilings. Large bonus rooms can also be added above the garage, giving residents more space to host overnight guests.

There are four different home models to choose from, including Grandview, Windsor Court, Bristol Court, and Stratford. All four models are ADA adaptable.

The largest of the four choices is the Grandview, which offers 1,971 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sunroom, covered porch, and an enclosed courtyard. For homeowners who don’t need a third bedroom, residents could turn the space into a multipurpose room or home office.

The Windsor Court model is slightly smaller with 1,792 square feet of living space, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an office, and an enclosed courtyard.

The Bristol Court model is designed with downsizing in mind. It will include 1,602 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dedicated dining area, and an enclosed courtyard.

The Stratford model will have 1,924 square feet of living space, two bedrooms designed to be double masters, two bathrooms with a roll-in shower, an enclosed courtyard, and a covered front patio. A bonus room can also be added.

The community will have several ways for neighbors to socialize, including a monthly potluck dinner, as well as organized weekly activities that include quilting, movie nights, sports games, luncheons, water aerobics, and volunteering opportunities.
