The primary suite is in the back of the home, while two additional bedrooms are towards the front, providing for privacy. Additional bedrooms can be added to an optional finished basement.

The Kamas is 4,223 square feet and offers three to six bedrooms and two to four-and-a-half bathrooms on one story. There’s an attached four-car garage. There’s an option for a flex space or office on the main level, and the kitchen includes a breakfast bar with seating and a walk-in pantry. The primary suite has a walk-in closet and a spa-like bathroom with dual sinks. 

The Millcreek is a two-story model with 4,292 square feet, four to seven bedrooms, and three to six bathrooms. There’s a powder room on the main level and an attached three or four-car garage. There’s an attached three or four-car garage, plenty of storage, and a two-story foyer that leads to a two-story great room. Upstairs, there’s a loft and three of the bedrooms, including the primary suite. Another bedroom suite is on the main level, providing privacy and space for guests. The basement can be finished for extra bedrooms or recreational space. 

The Shafer has 5,207 square feet, four to nine bedrooms, three to seven full bathrooms, one half-bathroom, and an attached three-car garage. Built on two stories with an optional finished basement, this large home offers plenty of space for entertaining and private living. The great room includes cathedral ceilings, there’s a two-story foyer, and the primary suite includes a separate soaking tub, private shower, and dual sinks. There’s flex space, and on the upstairs level, there are bedrooms as well as a loft.
