About CoolWell

Coolwell in Mechanicsville, Virginia is an intimate 55+ community. This Hanover County community is situated in a convenient area that offers many entertainment and shopping opportunities.

Living in Coolwell makes it easy to get to know your neighbors and make lifelong friends with amenities designed for active adults. The neighborhood's low-maintenance homes have features that were designed for active adults with main-level living and low-maintenance exteriors.

Coolwell Amenities

Coolwell's clubhouse is the heart of the community. Here residents can socialize at neighborhood events or private parties. Outdoors residents can take a dip in the pool or catch some rays poolside. There is even a small playground located just outside of the clubhouse to keep your grandchildren entertained while visiting.

Coolwell Homes & Real Estate

Eagle Construction of VA began development of Coolwell in 2006 and the community sold out of it's new construction homes in 2014. There are 60 low-maintenance residences that were offered in four models that range from 1,602 to 2,216 square feet of living space. Each home features three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Every model also features first-floor master suites and patio areas that are perfect for entertaining.

Coolwell is situated in Mechanicsville, Virginia. Shopping and dining is conveniently located ten minutes away at the Virginia Center Commons. Coolwell is also conveniently located near I-295. This makes access to the Richmond area's attractions a breeze, which allows history buffs to enjoy living near many museums in Virginia's capital city. Other exciting attractions in Richmond include gardens, state parks, and memorials.
