The Timbers at Summerford is an active adult community in Midlothian, Virginia. With just 24 single-family homes built around a community park, The Timbers at Summerford offers a quiet lifestyle in a close-knit community. These homes were built by McMahon Homes, Inc. with plenty of quality features standard in each residence. With Richmond just a half-hour drive away, homeowners are never far from the amenities of the city.

The Timbers at Summerford features a community park at its center where residents meet frequently to socialize. A homeowners’ association (HOA) provides maintenance-free living, allowing residents more time for taking up hobbies and participating in neighborhood groups. A monthly HOA fee covers exterior home maintenance and lawn care.

The Timbers at Summerford Homes & Real Estate

McMahon Homes, Inc. constructed The Timbers at Summerford between 2004 and 2006, building just 24 single-family homes. These homes range in size from 2,406 to 2,637 and include three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage with an insulated door. These homes were built with some great standard features such as prefinished hardwood flooring in the foyer and dining room, raised panel oak cabinets in the kitchen, and cultured marble vanity tops in the master bathroom.
