Del Webb Ponte Vedra is a gated, active adult community located just minutes away from the Atlantic Ocean only 20 miles south of Jacksonville, Florida. Del Webb Ponte Vedra was originally known as Riverwood at Nocatee but changed its name in September of 2011. The single family homes feature 17 separate floor plans that range from 1,392 to 2,611 square feet. All include single story construction, covered lanais, and two-car or three-car garages. There are four models of carriage homes, each with a one car garage. Each of the two-level carriage home buildings has eight units, with larger models upstairs and the smaller units downstairs. The condos are part of a four-story building with elevators. The condo choices include three different floor plans from 1,818 to 2,129 square feet. Each unit comes with a screened lanai.
