It offers state-of-the art cardiovascular and weight training equipment, as well as a separate aerobics and dance studio, indoor racquetball courts and a private massage and therapy room. The fitness club also houses a heated indoor lap pool and spa, a full service hair salon, steam rooms with showers, and both men's and women’s locker rooms.
Outdoors, Villaggio’s impressive amenities continue with six Har-Tru tennis courts, a resort style heated swimming pool and a relaxing spa. Villaggio’s 538 beautiful single-family homes were built by Ansca from 2003 through 2008. During the five years of construction, these homes were offered in 11 different floor plans.
